- 所有商品皆為客製化代訂服務，廠商依訂單數量製作，下訂後無法取消或退換(不適用7日鑑賞期)。
- 購買GK請先了解GK相關特性(認識GK)，樹脂、PU材質之雕像屬於易碎商品，
發貨後不做任何退貨退款，如有運損斷件之情形，
我方可幫忙聯繫廠商安排補件或維修(或視不同情況提出適當解決方案)，
無法因斷件為由要求賠償與退換貨。 - 預購商品之圖片僅供參考使用，與實際商品有些微不同均視為正常情況，
最終商品依實際現況為主，不得以商品細節與官圖不同而取消訂單、退款及退換貨。 - 預購商品如出貨後有細節修改之情況，均依實際出貨商品為主，本店將不另作通知。
- 預購商品的預計發貨日僅參考使用，
如有延期發貨的情形，則依廠商實際通知發貨的時間為準，
訂購人無法以延後到貨為由取消訂單、退款及退換貨。
因商品眾多，如有延後發貨恕不各別通知，
如有送禮需求，一律建議購買現貨商品，
請多加留意IG公告消息，如對延後到貨的訂單有疑問，歡迎聯繫我們。 - 工作室發貨時，小幫手會以Email或Instagram通知大家補款，請留意信箱，
若7天內未收到補款回覆，小幫手會以簡訊做2次通知，2次通知後7天，若仍未補款者，則視為棄單，訂金不退。 - 商品訂購完成後，如遇商品缺貨、廠商無法生產取消訂單時，
本店將預購訂金之金額無償全額退還。 - 預購商品到貨後，本店將逐一通知補款及安排寄送，
購買人須於本店通知後7天內完成補款 (自取者須於3週內完成來店取件並付款)，
逾時者本店除得沒收訂金外，亦無交付商品之義務。 - 有關訂單取消問題說明，請參考Q&A Q8~Q10。
- 本店多數商品由海外進口，須配合財政部關務署實施包裹實名制，相關說明及教學請至EZWay易立委APP教學查看。
- 特大件商品，運送至台灣後，如重量或尺寸超過物流材積限制，可能會有超材費，實際金額以物流通知為準，不包含在本店通知之國際運費內。
- 商品皆由海外運送來台，盒損問題較難避免，完美主義者請勿下單，
恕無法接受外盒壓損而要求退換貨或賠償，請大家諒解。 - 宅配地址請務必填寫自用住家地址，並由本人簽收包裹，如有填寫超商或公司地址導致配送包裹遺失情形，本店不負任何責任，望知悉。
- 私人工作室GK商品若有授權或版權等相關法律糾紛時，本店僅幫忙客戶提供代購之協助，本店不負責任何相關法律責任，望知悉。

＊If you purchase the products which is IN STOCK item, Normally your Item will be shipped within 7 days (Official Handling Time) after Full Payment completed; If you purchase products which is PRE ORDER item. The shipping dates are based on information received from the manufacturers.When the pre-order item read, we will inform you to pay the final payment & shipping cost,Once payment completed, we will ship out your item within 7-15 days by your selection of shipment.
